So I honestly have no idea who reads my blog anymore except for family. But for the sake of maybe someone out there who doesn’t know me in real life is wondering where the heck I’ve been I thought I would do a quick post. It’s a really exciting reason… I’m pregnant!!! I am 21 weeks Friday and lets just say pregnancy doesn’t like me and the last few months have been work. So all that said, my blog was the last thing on my mind. Every week I would promise myself I would update it and then the week would end and I was just too exhausted. But we are super excited! I still can’t believe this is happening and have all the jitters Mom’s who are expecting their second child have. But I wouldn’t change a thing and December 6th can not come soon enough. We are going out of 2013 with a bang! So what is a post without pictures. Thought I’d share our announcement photo and gender reveal photo. Here’s hoping in the coming weeks bring more energy, less nausea and more photography. ๐Ÿ˜‰

…AND IT’S A BOY!!! We are so thrilled!

Two days ago I was invited to join a new blog circle for photographers with lensbabys. I’m extremely excited to be included in this circle with some seriously talented ladies. Unfortunately all my photos are super last minute with my two day notice. So here is a new one taken with my lensbaby spark just yesterday, and I did throw in a repeat from a previous post this month but I’ll again pretend that’s a new one too. ๐Ÿ˜‰

After you’re done checking out my photos make sure to head on over to Laurie’s blog to check out her lensbaby photos for the month of April.

I try to do as many crafts as I can with Adalyn each week. She always enjoys whatever I setup and usually will spend hours working on it. ๐Ÿ™‚

And with this look, I know that she is done being photographed. ๐Ÿ™‚

This girl has been going non stop for days and it finally caught up with her at 5:30pm this evening. So of course I had to pull out the camera and I decided to get my lensbaby since I had a lot of light coming in from the windows. So thankful I did because the photos I shot with my 50mm just didn’t give me the same feel that these ones did. Just something about that blurred effect, love it!

  • Samuel Pardue - Beautiful, touching photos.ReplyCancel

It cracks me up how much fun she thinks our room is. She take any chance to go in there and play on the bed. What’s more fun is when Mommy pulls out the camera and we make a game out of Mommy getting a photo. At least it’s one way of her letting me take photos of her. Silly girl!
